At ITT, we offer a unique and integrative approach to trauma therapy, combining Somatic Experiencing (SE) with evidence-based creative and expressive therapies such as Art Therapy. Our team of skilled practitioners brings a diverse range of modalities, including body-based approaches like breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, and somatic touch work to support trauma healing and nervous system regulation. We also offer specialised support for children and families, including play-based somatic interventions, parenting strategies, and assistance with school-related stress and transitions. Whether through individual 1:1 sessions (60 or 90 minutes), group experiences, or professional training, we provide a compassionate space for deep healing, emotional resilience, and embodied transformation.
